Hi, Dr. Toni Harrison with Incredible Health again. Today I want to go over Designs for Health. They are one of the four companies that I use for supplements, but they’ve done something that I thought was brilliant. They recognize that people love their Amazon Prime shopping. And I do too. Anyhow, for Designs for Health, if you’re not familiar with them, I just wanted to highlight some of the products that my team at the clinic and our clients are getting such great results from. If you’re looking for a good multivitamin, their multivitamin is DFH complete and it has the methylcobalamin. You know how I’ve talked about the Cyanocobalamin, so it has the correct B12 in it. If your ferritin is less than 100, then you want to choose DFH complete with iron. If you need a multi-vitamin, then look no further!
The next product I am going to talk about is CannabOmega, which I though was brilliant, they were so smart when they had the idea to create this. One of the active ingredients in this product is CBD. CBD, if you haven’t heard about it, is one of the chemicals out of medical marijuana. The high that one would get from marijuana is from THC. CBD does not have any psychoactive component to it and this product does not have any THC in it. A urine drug screen tests for THC, not CBD. Your body actually has an endocannabinoid system, so your body produces its own compounds that are similar to the compounds in medical marijuana, CBD fits into those receptors. CBD has many great benefits that are helpful for a wide variety of things. It is Very helpful for depression, very helpful for inflammatory pain, and healing the gut. There are medical weight loss programs that are using CBD because it’s a mild appetite suppressant. So if you have inflammatory pain, which would be anything that ends with itis. Arthritis is the big, CBD may be really helpful to you. This product is brilliant because they combined it with fish oil. Fish oil is known to have an anti-inflammatory effect as well, so pairing these together is a match made in heaven.
The next product on want to touch on is one of my favorites, Crave Arrest. You take two of these in the morning with a full glass of water and then an hour later you can eat if you want to. This product helps with sugar cravings, that kind of munching, uncontrollable munching that people struggle with during the day. I’ve also heard reports of it helping with cravings like tobacco or alcohol but mostly this is used for a weight loss, weight management, and tolerating a diet. This product is perfect for people who grab the donuts in the employee lounge as you walk by. It basically just controls your urges a little bit better.
This final product, again, is so smart, it is called OmegaAvail. It has more bio-availability of fish oil, meaning your body absorbs more of the EPA and DHA from the fish oil, producing a higher dosage and more benefits. A lot of people struggle with fish oil because of the fish burps that can be incredibly nasty tasting and uncomfortable. For the OmegaAvail, we’ve been doing taste tests in the clinic with four different flavors, key lime, lemon, citrus sorbet, and mango peach. They’re all so over the top good it is unbelievable. After dinner sometimes, you want like a little bit of something sweet, but you really don’t want like a whole dessert, you just need a little something. This would perfectly fit into that spot. It’s got a nice creamy, smooth texture and it is delicious. Your kids could take this. I am not kidding when I tell you this is good stuff. If you’ve seen some of our other taste tests, you know that I have no troubles holding back. There’s one product that I tried that I flat out said it looked and tasted like swamp water. But this is delicious. So this is a really nice way to get your omegas and potentially get that sweet tooth covered without diving into something bad.
